What To Do

As a "Circle of Life" Partner, you simply need to ask additional questions when you interview family members for their loved one's obituary listing.

Here is what we are asking you to do:

Please add one question to your first call sheet or use the one we have made for you (click the first call sticker download to the left):

Was your loved one an organ, eye or tissue donor or recipient?
Would you like the symbol called the "Circle of Life" placed in his obituary?

If the deceased was a donor or recipient, please give that information to your local newspaper with the obituary information you already provide and they will add the symbol to the obituary.

With your help, we are able to:

• Inform and educate your community
• Give hope to those waiting for a transplant
• Honor those who lovingly donated so others may live
